Professor Peter Kawalek, PhD. MSc -
who works predominantly in the public sector and with governments internationally. He brings to bear a deep understanding of information systems with an extensive experience of change management.
Dr. Patrick Hadfield, PhD, MBA -
who has worked as an internal and external consultant for many years, managing large change and development projects and programmes in both the public and private sectors. Patrick has a fascination for understanding how organisations, systems and processes work – and how people work within them.
He believes in learning as a driver of performance and change for both individuals and organisations. He qualified as a chartered accountant and has worked for a management consultancy and within the financial services sector, in a variety of roles.
Dr. Bill Moore -
an expert in quality, environmental management and health & safety systems. Bill works with organisations of all sizes and has extensive experience in the chemicals and transport sectors.
Simon Brissenden, MSc, FCMI -
Simon has worked as a senior operations director and engineer for 25 years in both the private and public sectors. He is a senior project and programme manager with international experience of leading and implementing strategic change within an asset rich environment.
He has a strong track record of reducing costs and improving services by developing internal and external stakeholder requirements and business process improvement. Recent projects include social housing, NFP, gas, rail, FMCA and engineering.
Doug Haynes BSc MA FCybS
Doug, based in the Wirral, operates as a management consultant and executive coach. He has 35 years teaching and practising in applied statistics, operational research, quality improvement, business information systems and change management. In the last 15 years, he has been a senior manager at Liverpool Business School where he focused on business analysis and organisational change. Recently, Doug has strengthened his development skills by qualifying as a Myers-Briggs Practitioner and gained a postgraduate certificate in business & executive coaching and facilitated team development initiatives within change programmes.
Doug is passionate about facilitating learning both for individuals and through facilitating business improvement and cultural change at all organisational levels. He currently chairs the risk management governance committee for a large charity and is active in several communities of practice in the North West.
Integra Management Systems Limited – was formed in 1998 by John Beckford and Peter Dudley to provide a practical research laboratory in which their expertise could be applied to the development of prototype management information solutions. These solutions were always developed in commercial consulting contracts and as a response to real business problems – and had real bottom line benefits for clients.
